“On the Calpe road heading out of Moraira, you need to look for the Timon sign on the left a couple of kilometres before reaching Calpe. The best thing about Timon is the incredible location. Go on a fine, sunny day as the restaurant is built onto the rock overlooking a small sailing school, so there is plenty to look at while you are waiting for your food to arrive. Great seafood, especially the prawns. The owner learned his trade working in Italian restaurants in Germany and so the pasta dishes are good. There is also an acceptable curry on the menu.” Jan G.
