“The Bambu is hidden away in a residential area near ‘Restaurant Alley’ which begins at the Las Marinas road with Cafe Solo as a good land mark. Go up ‘Restaurant Alley’ to the crossroads and turn right…Bambu is on your left almost immediately. It is a German owned restaurant which is open all day and evening Tuesday to Sunday in season. It has recently been completely renovated and emphasises Bamboo furniture as it’s name suggests. The interior is spacious and modern whilst being welcoming with various items of excellent quality, modern art on display by local artists. The bamboo theme also extends outside to the gardens.
