We stumbled into Arena Bar & Restaurant 4 times in one week. Yes, you can say we were hooked. We were going to try other places, but the food was great. The owner was a tall striking dutch man and of course the Berenburg was good and cold.
Highly recommended and even the entertainment was fun. Also right across from the beach, what more could you ask for.

Early November 2009:
After a short strole from the hotel Port Denia, we stumbled onto the terrace of the Arena Bar/Restaurant for a quick drink.
Looking at the menu we started to feel a bit peckish and though we booked the hotel ‘full board’ we dicided to take our lunch there.
We ere really surprises about the cost. We had ourselves a well loaded plate, with veggies, a big slice of fish, which hardly could fit on a good size plate, in fact it overhung!
Being dutch it gave me even more of a thrill when we go the bill. It was less than we would normally leave as tip.
That same evening we went back to ÁRENA’S’ and had had a nice, well cooked beefsteak with a must say yet again a surpringly good experience.
On our next trip we surely wil go back to that place an can recommend you to the fullest to do the same.

Hi yip yap bill is a big dutch man,he cant drink tho he thin
ks he can,tries to drink wiv his arse in the sink,yip yap big
bill!have to say that willem is a top bloke,very welcoming,and his grub aint half bad either!Would recommend arena bar to any visitors of any nation,willem probably speaks your language anyway!
