The Di Stefano Palace is an international restaurant, with specialities from all around the globe. Head chef and owner Stefan Boberg is well known from his other two restaurants named Stefan’s Restaurante in Villamartin 1990-1997 and Stefan’s Restaurante in Torrevieja 1997-2005

“Indigo – Fine Indian Dining” is a family run restaurant and is not only well known for its high quality Indian cuisine but also for its homely and friendly atmosphere.

Now approaching its fourth year, Indigo has served many thousands of satisfied customers from a wide range of different countries.

There is a capacity of sixty well-spaced seats inside, and a further twenty outside as well as an open kitchen so those intrigued can watch the chef cook one of his many mouth-watering dishes.

Additionally, two air-conditioning units are in place to keep you cool in those very hot Summer months.

Furthermore, Indigo prides itself on its high quality house wine serving as the mark of the restaurant, but for those celebrating special events there is also a wine list comprising of a high quality selection of Spanish wines.
